PERSEPHONE Persephone is the Greek goddess of spring growth. She is the daughter of Zeus and Demeter. Her domain of considerateness is the underworld. She is the queen of the underworld and wife of Hades. Also the problem Ive chosen is school stress. Persephone was named the goddess of spring growth. She worshiped alongside her mother in the Eleusinian Mysteries, an agricultural based cult. She was playing in a field of operations with her Nymph companions, when she was seized by Hades and brought to the underworld to be his wife. When her florists chrysanthemum caught hoist of this, she sought out all in all over the populace in search of her. When she also heard Zeus was in on the abduction, she refused to let the earth grow until Persephone was returned. Zeus agree with her, evidently Persephone had already tasted the fruits of Hades. These fruits were 12 pomegranate seeds and in savouring this she was agonistic to spend a part of the year with her hubby in the u nderworld. When she returned in the spring the earth was fruitful but when she went aside in the winter the earth was bare of fruits.
